Crying for the Love We Lost Twice

Iris wakes up back on the day her marriage was decided. Her adoptive parents plan to marry Chloe to the cursed Rowan and swap the bridal cars. Iris interrupts and declares she will marry Rowan Hastings herself.

Iris tells her adoptive parents she has repaid her debt and will marry the cursed Rowan in Chloe's place. They plan to swap the bridal cars on the wedding day. When William arrives to stop the arrangement, Iris recalls her past life's desperation and declares she will give him what he wants this time.

William accuses Iris of forcing Chloe to marry Rowan. Iris asks when he started wanting Chloe instead of her and admits she ruined his chance with Chloe in her past life. She declares she has repaid her debt and hopes he finally gets the woman he wants. When William confronts her with the marriage contract, Iris tells him to check whose name is on it.

William asks Iris to stop interfering in Chloe's marriage to Rowan. Iris realizes his concern was always for Chloe. She returns a necklace to Chloe, who furiously accuses Iris of stealing her identity and the man she loves.

Chloe vows to use William to destroy Iris completely. The family matriarch tells Iris that William is threatening to cancel their engagement unless Chloe's marriage to Rowan is called off. Iris confronts William and asks what makes him think she still wants to marry him.

Chloe arrives with a package and demands Iris's handmade clay dolls as a wedding gift. William sides with Chloe and pressures Iris to give them up. When Iris refuses, Chloe deliberately smashes the dolls, and William blames Iris for overreacting. Heartbroken, Iris resolves to end things for good after the wedding in three days.

Iris and William rehearse their wedding as the grandmother beams with approval. A drunken Chloe interrupts and demands William declare who he loves in front of everyone. William answers that he loves Chloe.

William carries Chloe off to the hospital, leaving Iris to face the jeering guests alone. After Iris apologizes to the crowd, her mother slaps her for humiliating the family. William later returns to apologize but still defends Chloe, and Iris finally lets go.

Chloe invites Iris to a bachelorette party, and their mother pressures Iris to attend. At the party, Chloe's friends mock Iris as a fake heiress, while Chloe feigns defense. In a private confrontation, Chloe claims William loves her and vows to make Iris watch him choose her all over again.

Chloe shoots Iris at the party but plays the victim. William arrives, shields Chloe from blame, and accuses Iris of selfishness. Later, he brings a doctor and insists he will marry her, but Iris declares that this time, she is the one refusing him.

Iris is brought into the Hastings household and lectured on proper conduct. She realizes the groom is not Rowan, because his palm lacks the scar she remembers from her past life.

William mistakes Iris for Chloe and apologizes, claiming his grandmother forced the marriage. He reveals his plan to have Rowan send Iris home once he realizes she is not Chloe, making Iris a laughingstock. Iris realizes this was his scheme in her past life, when he took Chloe into his wedding car and left her humiliated.

The wedding ceremony proceeds in the church. Rowan and Chloe exchange vows and rings before the witnesses, while William and Iris do the same. Iris and Chloe each say a quiet goodbye to their past, and both marriages are formally concluded.
