His Body Craves Me, His Heart Follows

Olivia pulls Emma away from a car and gets a small cut. She mocks Adrian for being too busy closing deals to watch his own child. Adrian offers her a five-million-dollar check, but Olivia refuses, saying she did not save Emma for money.

Emma speaks her first word and calls Olivia mommy. Adrian learns Olivia has a husband and son but still orders a full background check on her. Olivia returns home and catches her blind husband Tim looking straight at her.

Olivia runs into Alice at Vance Pharmaceuticals and learns she stole both her job and her husband, Tim. Tim reveals he is the heir to the Caldwell fortune and hid his wealth to test whether Olivia loved him for himself. Recalling eight years of grueling work to support the family and care for her blind husband, Olivia demands a divorce on the spot.

Olivia confronts Tim over his lies and cheating, demanding a divorce and custody of their son Dean. Tim tries to win her back by revealing his restored sight and wealth, then attempts to force her upstairs with physical contact, only to be slapped away.

Olivia tells her son Dean about the divorce, but he responds with cold contempt, revealing he always knew his father was rich and resented pretending to be poor. He declares that Alice will be his new mother and walks out, leaving Olivia devastated.

Olivia wakes from a nightmare in which Dean abandons her, while Emma clings to her. She learns that Adrian pulled her from the crocodile pool and insists on seeing him.

Olivia thanks Adrian for saving her from the crocodile pool. He brushes it off as repayment for her rescuing Emma. When she touches him and asks if it hurts, his body reacts uncontrollably, forcing him to pull himself together and leave abruptly.

As Olivia thanks Adrian and prepares to leave, he stops her with an important matter. He presents a marriage contract, explaining he needs her as his wife due to a rare medical condition requiring a woman's presence, and because Emma needs maternal support. Olivia finds him decent but says she cannot do it.

After nearly drowning, Olivia comes home only to be mocked by Tim and Dean, who call her a failing mother. She declares she is leaving for good. With nowhere to stay, she asks her former landlord Paul for one night's shelter, but he hints that she will have to pay with her body.

Olivia rejects Paul's advances, and he turns violent, chasing her down. She flees and calls Adrian for help. Adrian arrives in time to stop Paul and shield her.

Tim appears and forces Olivia to choose: return to him or be handed back to Paul. Olivia calls him pathetic and declares she no longer loves him. Enraged, Tim moves to strike her, but Adrian bursts in and knocks him down with a single punch.

Tim chokes Olivia and calls her his property. Adrian arrives, knocks Tim down, and warns him that touching her again will land him in prison. Olivia declares Tim is no longer her husband and she never wants to see him again.

Olivia wakes up in hospital and learns her collapse was only exhaustion. Adrian saved her again, but when his medication fails, he recoils from her touch and rushes away. Alone in the room, Olivia tells him she has decided to accept the contract.

Adrian's assistant delivers clothes made of organic linen and pure silk, because Adrian remembers Olivia's skin allergy to chemically treated fabrics. Olivia is moved, contrasting it with her ex-husband's eight years of neglect. Later, she reads to Emma and wonders where the child's mother is.

Olivia tells Adrian she will sign the contract, wanting to repay him for saving her life and to help Emma heal. In turn, Adrian discloses his rare condition: any woman's touch triggers an uncontrollable physical reaction. Olivia asks directly if healing him means sleeping with him, and he confirms it.

Adrian admits no one has ever been so blunt and asks Olivia to think carefully about what the contract entails. When he loses control, Olivia does not pull away but instead offers to help and suggests they go to his bedroom.

Adrian stops Olivia before they go further, fearing he could lose control and hurt her once intimacy begins. Olivia berates herself for not being officially divorced and resolves to get Tim to sign the papers. Then she learns Dean is hurt and may need amputation.

Olivia arrives to find Dean unharmed; Tim used the injury report to lure her into meeting him. He demands she come home and act like a wife, but Olivia insists on divorce and wants the papers signed that day. Tim accuses her of sleeping with Adrian and insults her until she tells him to shut up.

Olivia tells Tim he has no right to judge Adrian. Tim slaps her and calls her a slut. Dean rushes in and hurls cruel words at Olivia, saying he hates her. Tim feigns comfort, but Olivia accuses him of poisoning Dean against her and demands he sign the divorce papers. Tim then reveals Adrian has announced his engagement—and Olivia is the one he is marrying.

Tim mocks Olivia, insisting a billionaire like Adrian would never choose her and will soon throw her away. Olivia refuses to listen and demands he sign the divorce papers, warning him to stop using Dean. Tim still won't back down, so Olivia walks out and returns to Adrian's home.

Olivia tells Adrian that Tim signed the divorce papers, making their divorce official. Adrian worries he might hurt her during the treatment and suggests waiting until their wedding in two weeks, when he will publicly introduce her as his wife. Olivia insists on helping him and proposes they try a different approach.

Olivia helps Adrian with his intimate treatment via a video call. Adrian loses control momentarily and apologizes, while Olivia is glad she could help. She privately marvels at how intense he is even through a screen and worries that if they were together in person, she might not be able to walk for days.

Emma makes breakfast for Olivia, and Adrian reveals he researched her favorites. Olivia thanks him, and Adrian admits he slept well last night and that her help meant more than she knows. Before they can continue, Sandra Vance barges into her son's house despite protests.

Adrian's mother Sandra Vance barges in and demands to speak with him alone. After Olivia takes Emma out, Sandra calls Olivia a divorced gold digger with baggage and insists she is unworthy of the Vance family.

Adrian tells his mother outright that Olivia is not a gold digger, that he pursued her, and that he and Emma need her. He declares he will marry her regardless of her divorce. When Sandra warns he will shame the Vance family, he stands firm and tells her she is not welcome if she cannot respect his choice.

Olivia overhears Adrian's confession to his mother, and they decide to visit her parents. She admits her relationship with them has been strained since she insisted on marrying Tim. Adrian is confident he can win them over. Meanwhile, her father Robert refuses to believe she could bring home a billionaire.

Adrian arrives at Olivia's parents' home with gifts and is warmly received by her mother. She confesses that Olivia has never attended high-society events and worries she may embarrass him at the wedding, asking for his understanding.

Adrian assures Olivia's father that the wedding will follow Olivia's wishes and that she makes him proud every day. When a maid accidentally spills something, Olivia's mother scolds her, and Adrian steps in to forbid violence in the house and demand it never happen again.

Olivia suggests taking Emma to an amusement park, but Adrian reveals he must leave for a two-week business trip to Seattle, returning just before the wedding. He admits he is afraid he cannot control himself around her and does not want to hurt her, and he has something for her before he goes.

Adrian reveals he uncovered the truth about Olivia's past: she developed the early-stage Alzheimer's protocol, and Alice Lawson stole her data and published it under her own name, which is why Vance Pharmaceuticals hired Alice instead. He offers Olivia a full team, the best equipment, and unlimited funding to continue her research under her own name. Overwhelmed, Olivia accepts and formally joins the company.

Alice runs into Olivia at Vance Pharmaceuticals and mocks her for losing her fast-food job. Olivia calmly thanks Alice for taking out the trash that is Tim. When Alice sneers that flipping burgers does not qualify her to work there, Olivia holds up her badge and announces she is the new head of neuropharmacology research.

Alice accuses Olivia of stealing her research and calls her a nobody. Olivia fires back that the board knows Alice plagiarized the Alzheimer's research. Alan arrives and tells Alice she is fired, ordering her to leave.

Alan fires Alice for plagiarism and has security escort her out. She refuses to leave, damages lab equipment, and threatens Alan by revealing her fiancé is Tim Caldwell, CEO of Caldwell Enterprises, warning him he cannot afford to mess with her.

Olivia runs into Tim and Alice at the lab. Tim mocks her for not being over him, and Alice belittles her years of waiting tables. Alan defends Olivia as the department head personally recruited by Adrian Vance. Tim pulls out a wedding invitation and realizes Adrian is marrying Olivia.

Tim and Alice dismiss the wedding invitation as a fake and mock Olivia for thinking a billionaire would marry her. Alan orders them to leave, but they refuse unless Adrian himself shows up. Adrian walks into the lab and announces that Olivia is his wife and the most important person in his life.

Adrian renames the lab the Olivia Weaver Research Institution and fires Tim and Alice on the spot. He exposes Tim's theft of Olivia's research from seven years ago and orders the two deported immediately, banning them from the country for good.

Adrian confronts Tim, listing his eight years of lies, manipulation, and using his own child against Olivia. He announces Vance Group will sever all ties with Caldwell Enterprises and vows to expose Tim nationwide, ensuring bankruptcy within two days. Olivia refuses to help Tim, and Adrian orders both of them removed.

Olivia learns Adrian walked away from a ten-billion-dollar deal for her sake, and he tells her she is worth more than any deal. She admits she no longer wants to wait until the wedding, and after hours together they realize they have broken the bed. Adrian decides to buy a new one in the morning and carry on.
