Wrong Chat, Real Wife

Evelyn's husband, Nathaniel Sinclair, damages her new G-Wagon bumper on her birthday. Rushing to work, she accidentally sends the repair photo to the hospital's intern Slack channel, sparking speculation about her wealth. New intern Vanessa floods the chat with selfies in the driver's seat and mocks Evelyn for pretending to be Mrs. Sinclair.

Vanessa floods the intern chat with selfies and videos from the driver's seat of the G-Wagon, claiming it is the only custom model in America. Evelyn recognizes the starry roof she designed herself and publicly demands to know why Vanessa was inside her car and when she recorded the footage.

After surgery, Evelyn returns to the lobby as a florist delivers a large bouquet of yellow roses addressed to Mrs. Sinclair. As she steps forward to claim them, Vanessa rushes in, shoves her aside, and insists the flowers are hers, tipping the florist to leave.

Vanessa boasts that her fiancé is the heir to Sinclair Group and calls him on speaker to complain about Evelyn. Unfazed, Evelyn messages the real Nathaniel Sinclair to pick her up after work, setting the stage for a confrontation between two men claiming the same name.

Vanessa demands Evelyn record a public apology, threatening legal action from her husband. Hospital president Wallace and executives rush to greet Nathaniel Sinclair, who has just arrived. Ignoring Vanessa, Nathaniel locks eyes with Evelyn and calls her over.

Monica and President Wallace fawn over Vanessa as Mrs. Sinclair, but Nathaniel's expression darkens. He cuts Wallace off coldly, then turns to Evelyn and demands to know why she is still standing there. Everyone realizes with shock that the wife he called is Evelyn.

Suspicion turns toward Vanessa as Monica presses her for an explanation. Vanessa refuses to back down, accusing Evelyn and Nathaniel of fooling everyone and claiming Nathaniel is just a hired actor. Nathaniel laughs coldly, pulls Evelyn into his arms, and threatens to cancel the Sinclair family's five-million-dollar research donation.
