Sun Haoming continues to mock Victoria for being a janitor, so she orders her men to take him away and teach him a lesson. After Natalie steps out, Sun's henchmen corner Victoria with ill intent, but she swiftly turns the tables on them.

Sun Haoming recognizes Victoria as the female general from the Northland and rushes off to call Preston. Victoria seizes the moment to suggest introducing Preston Avery to Natalie, but Natalie doubts someone of his status would be interested.

Sun Haoming calls to invite Preston to the banquet, but Preston declines. Victoria steps forward saying she knows Preston, only to be driven off by Sun Haoming. Natalie intervenes again, and Victoria decides to call Preston later. Overhearing Preston's private ringtone on the phone, Sun Haoming begins to suspect Victoria is the northern general.

Sun Haoming mocks the idea that Victoria could be the northern general, and Natalie dismisses the thought. Victoria calls Preston, who agrees to come to the hotel as soon as he learns she wants to introduce her sister. When Victoria arrives, a member of the Sun family stops her, insulting her as a street sweeper unworthy of the private club.

Sun Haoming urges Natalie to prepare for Preston's arrival, but Natalie hears Victoria's voice and wants to check. A Sun family servant tears up Victoria's invitation, mocking her as a poor cleaner trying to crash the banquet. Natalie arrives at the entrance and declares that Victoria is her sister.

The Sun family keeps belittling Victoria for working as a cleaner. Natalie pushes back in public, saying every cent her sister earns is honest and that Victoria paid for her education. Victoria says the Suns are not worthy of Natalie and that she will not take their words to heart.

The Sun family insists Natalie pay an entry fee before Victoria can attend the engagement banquet, calling it family tradition. Natalie offers to pay it herself, and the Suns name a steep price of 8.88 million.

The Sun family presses Natalie to transfer money, but she admits she is short on funds. The grandmother says she only approved the engagement because Natalie could help the Suns. When Natalie calls to arrange the 8.88 million entry fee, she learns her company's capital chain has snapped.

Natalie catches Sun Haoming with another woman, who claims she has known him longer and calls Natalie the other woman. She mocks Natalie's company crisis and presents an 88.88 million entry gift to the Sun family matriarch, winning her approval.

The Sun family keeps mocking Natalie and Victoria. Natalie wants to leave, but Victoria insists on staying to watch the spectacle. Victoria declares she is the Northland general, which the Suns dismiss. Then a group of wealthy guests arrive and greet Victoria with deference, leaving the Suns stunned.

Wealthy guests refuse to enter because Victoria is outside. Sun Haoming mistakes their deference for respect toward the Sun family and publicly insults Victoria, calling her a worthless janitor and threatening to throw her out, only to find himself the one being expelled.

Sun Haoming taunts Natalie about her company's cash-flow crisis and departing executives, claiming she is no longer a rising business star. Sun Haoming and a woman publicly accuse Natalie of paying guests to put on an act and hurl insults at her and Victoria. Natalie denies it, but they double down, claiming that once Preston Avery arrives, everyone will be exposed.

Sun Haoming and his companions mock Victoria, claiming she has no standing to speak with Preston Avery, let alone introduce her sister to him. Despite Natalie's protests, Victoria insists on proposing the match in person. Preston Avery arrives at that moment.

Victoria formally introduces her sister Natalie to Preston. Preston reveals he has already resolved Natalie's company crisis and that Wang Jianguo's company has gone bankrupt because his daughter offended the wrong person. Sun Haoming is left in disbelief.

A woman confronts Natalie, cursing her for ruining her father's company. Victoria warns her to be civil, but the woman insults both sisters. Natalie asks Victoria to protect her, and Victoria retaliates, declaring that not even Preston could save the woman now.

Preston agrees to handle the Sun family, and Victoria takes Natalie out for a meal. The Sun family matriarch learns Victoria is the Northland general and panics. Natalie asks about her sister's identity, but Victoria tells her to focus on getting to know Preston.

Victoria arrives at a five-star hotel in Jiangning for a meal and is mistaken for a janitor by a staff member, who insults her and tries to force her out. She asks whether the hotel only serves VIPs, then says she has a card for the establishment.
