At a property viewing, Sienna overhears a client who sounds exactly like her husband Dominic. She discovers he is posing as a wealthy man engaged to Elena, his supposed sister. Realizing his poverty was a lie and he has been cheating, Sienna vows to make him pay.

Sienna learns Dominic faked poverty for three years as part of a bet with Elena to test whether she was a gold digger. Elena says she passed and can stay as his mistress. Sienna demands a divorce, then is fired on the spot for losing a client.

Caspian confesses to a doctor that a woman makes him lose control just by looking at her, and her scent intoxicates him. The doctor diagnoses a rare biological attraction and suggests marriage to solve the Sinclair family's heir problem. Caspian orders Wolf to bring the woman back, announcing he will marry her.

Sienna vows to divorce Dominic and get back every cent, then is forcibly taken by Wolf to Caspian. Caspian murmurs his own name in a daze before snapping out of it and proposing to Sienna.

Caspian proposes to Sienna and hands her his credentials. He admits he has been repulsed by physical contact with women since childhood, yet feels an uncontrollable urge only with her, and needs her help with treatment and an heir.

Caspian offers Sienna one billion dollars for a contract marriage and gives her three days to decide. Realizing she alone triggers his condition, Sienna resolves to divorce Dominic, who deceived her for three years, and hands him the papers when he returns home.

Sienna refuses Dominic's million-dollar payoff and demands a divorce. Elena reveals their marriage certificate was fake all along. Dominic threatens Sienna's grandmother and takes back her apartment, leaving her with nothing.

Sienna takes her grandmother for pizza but cannot pay, having been scammed out of every cent by Dominic. Dominic appears, humiliates her and demands she beg on her knees. Caspian renews his billion-dollar contract marriage offer, and Sienna accepts on the spot.

Sienna accepts Caspian's marriage offer over the phone, on the condition that he saves her grandmother. Caspian sends a world-class medical team and a limited-edition Rolls Royce to pick her up. Dominic sees it all and, goaded by Elena, orders his driver to follow them.

Caspian settles Sienna's grandmother in the family hospital, but on the way back, being near Sienna triggers an uncontrollable physical reaction. He admits that her closeness sets off his condition and he must take his medication at once. Sienna realizes his embarrassment and wonders if she should remain passive.

Sienna visits her stable grandmother, who urges her to thank Caspian. Unsure how to repay him, Sienna hesitates. Alone in his room, Caspian inhales an item bearing Sienna's scent and suffers another physical reaction. Sienna hears strange noises outside and asks if he needs help.

Hearing Caspian in pain, Sienna offers to help him. He refuses, unwilling to take advantage before she agrees to marry him. Sienna then accepts his proposal.

After Sienna agrees to marry him, Caspian reveals he has already ordered her wedding dress and will take her for a fitting the next morning. Later, Dominic confronts her, asking if she is now Caspian's sugar baby.

Dominic calls Sienna, threatening that Caspian is only playing with her and warning that if she doesn't come back, he will marry Elena. Sienna fires back, mocking him for paying less than Caspian ever did, then hangs up and blocks him.

Sienna tries on her wedding dress with an elite styling team and learns Caspian booked an entire island and bought out the world's top jewelers for her. Overjoyed, she rushes to find him, only to run into Elena, who hurls an insult at her.

Elena publicly humiliates Sienna at the bridal shop, calling her Caspian's mistress and trying to tear off her wedding dress. Dominic suddenly intervenes, pulling Elena away and warning that Caspian will destroy her if he finds out.

Elena continues to humiliate Sienna and urges Dominic to slap her. Just as Dominic is about to strike, Caspian suddenly appears and kicks Elena to the ground. The onlookers recognize Caspian and realize Sienna is indeed his fiancée.

Sienna slaps Dominic repeatedly, condemning him for faking poverty and playing with her heart. Caspian threatens to bankrupt the Harrington family in three days if Dominic harms her again, then orders them out. Shaken, Sienna is comforted by Caspian, who then helps her try on the one-of-a-kind wedding dress he designed for her.

Caspian apologizes for losing control, but Sienna says she is only fulfilling the contract to help with his treatment and bear his child. Caspian realizes he wants a real relationship, but before he can speak, an urgent call from Clark forces him to leave.

Sienna receives a mentorship offer from Professor Clark but is pained by Caspian's connection to her. Caspian confesses his intense desire for Sienna and decides to leave the country for two weeks. Sienna ends their contract relationship.

Sienna asks Caspian if she is merely a sex toy for his condition, then admits she has fallen madly in love with him. Fearing she will hate the woman he truly loves, she insists on leaving. Caspian misinterprets her feelings and lets her go, immediately booking a flight overseas to bury himself in work.

Sienna decides to take her grandmother back to the countryside. Dominic intercepts them, mocking Sienna for being dumped and trying to force her to leave with him. During the struggle, Grandma collapses. Professor Clark arrives and demands to know who let the intruder onto the property.

Sienna meets Professor Clark and learns she is Caspian's aunt, not his former lover. Realizing her misunderstanding, Sienna decides to return and apologize. Meanwhile, Caspian's physical urges worsen, but he refuses anyone except Sienna, convinced she still loves Dominic.

Sienna calls Caspian to apologize and confesses she left because she fell in love with him. When his condition flares up, she tries to soothe him with a story, but it fails. In his pain, Caspian loses control and makes an inappropriate request.

Caspian keeps saying Sienna's name after their intimate moment, making her shy. She admits it is her first video call like this and ends the conversation, saying she needs to finish Professor Clark's assignment.

Dominic calls Sienna, bringing up how he saved her in college to win her back. Sienna refuses, saying their three-year marriage was ruined and they owe each other nothing. Dominic then plots with Elena to stage another rescue, while Elena secretly resolves to make Sienna disappear for good.

Elena calls Sienna, claiming she has kidnapped her grandmother and demanding Sienna come to an address alone. Despite Professor Clark's warning that it is a trap, Sienna insists on going to save her grandma and begs Clark not to tell anyone.

Sienna arrives and Elena demands she finish several bottles of alcohol to free her grandmother. When Sienna refuses, Elena threatens the old woman with snakes, forcing Sienna to comply and beg for mercy.

Sienna begs Dominic to save her grandmother, and he agrees, recalling the time he rescued her from an abandoned classroom. Elena confronts him, and Dominic privately admits that the rescue was a trap he set. Elena vows not to let him reunite with Sienna this time.

Dominic's accomplices corner Sienna and reveal that Dominic paid them to attack her years ago so he could play the hero. Sienna confronts Dominic, who insists Caspian is overseas and won't come for her. She fights back until a voice commands them to stop.

Caspian appears and intimidates Dominic's accomplices. They quickly blame Dominic and try to drag Elena into it. Caspian orders them removed and takes Sienna home to see her grandmother.

Back home, Sienna suddenly feels an overwhelming heat and realizes Elena spiked her drink. Under the drug's influence, she clings to Caspian and begs for his touch.

Sienna wakes up next to Caspian, realizes she is undressed, and panics over what happened the night before. She admires his sleeping face and secretly kisses his lips, only to be caught in the act.

Caspian tells Sienna they did not sleep together the night before and admits he has been fighting his desire for days, unsure how much longer he can stay in control. Sienna rushes to see her grandmother and finds her safe, learning the earlier commotion was just from berry-picking.

Caspian's grandmother Elizabeth surprises Sienna with lavish jewelry, declaring her family. Caspian reveals he has booked the Empire State Building and Starry Sky Island for six months, with Rihanna, Taylor, and Beyoncé set to perform, promising a wedding the whole world will talk about.

Dominic prepares hundreds of millions in proposal gifts for Sienna, but Elena mistakenly thinks they are for her. Learning the truth, Elena grows jealous and decides to book Starry Sky Island to humiliate Sienna at Caspian's wedding.

As guests grow restless, Sienna appears as the stunning bride. Dominic interrupts, declares he's there to propose to her, and recalls scheming to isolate her so she would crawl back to him.

Dominic blocks Sienna at the wedding, admits he lied first but insists she was wrong too, then kneels to propose. Sienna refuses, reminding him of his cheating. Elena mocks her as Caspian's mistress. Dominic threatens to hurt himself, but Sienna walks away.

After his self-harm threat fails, Dominic publicly mocks Sienna as Caspian's plaything and exposes her background as an orphan who never finished college. The guests question whether she is even the bride. Caspian arrives and announces to everyone that this is his and Sienna's wedding.

Dominic exposes Sienna's background as an orphan who never finished college and falsely claims she sold her body for money. Elena backs him up, and the guests insist she is unworthy of Caspian.

Grandma Elizabeth arrives and declares Sienna the St. Clair heir she chose herself. She orders the immediate ruin of the Harrington and Shellman companies. Dominic and Elena learn their families are bankrupt and are thrown out.

At the wedding, Sienna and Caspian exchange vows before their guests. Caspian places a ring carrying the authority of the St. Clair family on Sienna's finger and declares her his wife and the lady of the family. After the ceremony, he kisses the bride as onlookers call them a perfect match.

On their wedding night, Sienna notices Caspian's unusual physical reaction and pushes him away, asking if his condition will ever be cured. He brushes it off and hints he still has energy to spare, leaving her confused.

Six years later, Sienna is a professor at the National Academy of Sciences, preparing to launch the Star Wing. Caspian visits with their two children, and the family shares a warm moment. Sienna thanks Caspian for finding her at her lowest, and they vow to walk together into a wider sea of stars.
