The Mafia Don's Virgin Wife

Two years into her marriage, surgeon Mia is still a virgin and her husband threatens divorce. She walks into a hidden club with eight hundred thousand in cash, begging a stranger named Nick to teach her to let go. He agrees, while upstairs his men have just dealt with traders who crossed him.

Nick has Mia pick up a brush, letting the exercise pull up memories of Jimmy mocking her as boring and cold. He tells her the problem was never her body but her fear, coaxing her guard down stroke by stroke. The lesson pushes her composure to its breaking point.

While tending a wound, Mia spots a black scorpion tattoo and realizes the man she just saved is Nick, the mafia boss everyone fears. Before she can finish bandaging him and leave, he refuses to let her go, pulling her away to an unknown destination.

Nick takes Mia away against her will, brushing off her threat to call the police. He admits he has been watching her and pushes her to sign an agreement, but she refuses, insisting she will not cheat on her husband. When she threatens to jump from the moving car rather than give in, Nick vows to lock her away until she obeys.

Mia wakes inside Nick's private estate and refuses to accept any twisted deal, insisting she has a husband. Nick reveals that Jimmy once worked for him before choosing money over loyalty, then forces Mia to choose between him and Jimmy.

To protect Jimmy, Mia tearfully signs Nick's contract, insisting on no physical contact, toys, or humiliation, with a one-month limit. As her first lesson begins before a mirror, Nick tells her to say his name — but Mia blurts out Jimmy's instead, leaving Nick furious.

Mid-lesson, Jimmy calls and Nick lets him hear noises in the background, stoking his suspicion. Jimmy demands to know why Mia is still out so late and insists on a video call to check, but Nick refuses to let him see her, leaving Mia caught between them.

Jimmy grills Mia over the phone about where she is, and she scrambles to explain with a fake patient emergency and a spilled coffee excuse. After the call ends, Mia tries to leave, but Nick stops her, warning that the lesson is far from over and could resume anytime, anywhere.

Nick shows up uninvited at Mia's hospital office and presses on with his lesson despite her protests. Jimmy arrives outside to take her to dinner, pounding on the door while Mia is trapped between Nick's demands and the risk of being caught together.

With Jimmy pounding on her office door, Mia hides Nick behind the curtain and lies about a VIP patient exam to buy time. Nick taunts that he could expose them with a single sound, leaving the standoff dangerously unresolved.

After Jimmy steps out, Nick presses Mia over whether her slap was for him or for missing Jimmy's dinner. Their argument turns sharp, and Nick warns her to keep away from Jimmy, vowing he will make sure she never has him.

Jimmy brings Mia to a lavish party, hoping the mysterious host can help seal a business deal, while Mia secretly dreads it might be Nick. The host turns out to be Nick himself, and Jimmy, unaware of their history, pulls Mia over to toast him. Nick then orders Mia to come closer and pour his drink herself, leaving Jimmy baffled by his sudden familiarity with her.

When Jimmy presses her about Nick, Mia claims they only met once, during an emergency surgery for one of his men, and Nick plays along to ease Jimmy's suspicion. At the dinner table, a nervous slip from Mia draws Jimmy's harsh public rebuke, until Nick steps in to shield her, instantly softening Jimmy's tone.

After a slip at the table draws Jimmy's public scorn, Mia flees and finds Nick, demanding to know why he hid that tonight's dinner was his doing and Jimmy was his invited guest. Nick admits the setup, accuses her of running from him and letting Jimmy touch her, and declares she must be punished.

Nick forces Mia to wear an unsettling punishment device before she joins Jimmy for a dance. Flustered, she stumbles repeatedly and draws Jimmy's public irritation, and after a second misstep he storms off in anger. Mia chases after him to explain, only to turn and find Nick has suddenly appeared.

Nick pulls Mia into a dance in front of Jimmy, who confronts them in shock. An attacker suddenly closes in on Nick shouting that it's for his boss, plunging the club into chaos. Nick shields Mia from danger, and once safe she rushes back to check on Jimmy.

Injured and desperate to find Jimmy, Mia is stopped by Nick, who reveals that he, not Jimmy, was the one who pulled her from the rubble years ago. Refusing to believe Jimmy doesn't love her, Mia breaks free to seek his explanation herself, and Nick lets her go.

Searching for Jimmy, Mia finds Sophie's car and overhears the two together. Jimmy calls her boring and dull, admitting he'd rather have her gone so he can keep the family fortune for himself. The affair she suspected is suddenly undeniable, and her trust shatters completely.

Mia confronts Jimmy and Sophie, demanding to know why he vanished without her, but the two turn the accusation around. Jimmy denies any wrongdoing with Sophie and instead claims Mia staged her fall to win Nick's attention, hurling insults that leave her stunned.

When Jimmy loses control and nearly strikes Mia, Nick intervenes and offers his private doctor, but Mia declines and takes Jimmy home herself. That night Jimmy coldly brushes off her care, mentioning that Sophie saved him, while a delivery sent by Nick leaves Mia unsettled, and then Nick himself turns up at her door.

Nick shows up uninvited at Mia's home, insisting she owes him for keeping her alive and pressing her to face that Jimmy and Sophie betrayed her. She accuses him of playing games again and refuses to believe it, until what he reveals leaves her shaken and unable to deny it.

Nick forces his way into Mia's home while Jimmy sleeps, threatening to expose what's between them unless she gives in. As he counts down, Mia is forced to comply, and a sudden disturbance inside the house leaves the tension running high.

Nick forces Mia to change clothes and repeat what she learned at the club, while Jimmy sleeps just steps away. Each time she resists, Nick threatens to wake Jimmy, and Mia gives in to protect their secret, humiliation and fear closing in together.

Nick continues the humiliating lesson, forcing Mia to follow orders under their contract, playing the role of his Venus and pouring him a drink. Her visible panic only seems to delight him more. Then Jimmy's voice calls from just outside, and the two freeze, their secret nearly exposed on the spot.

Nick orders Mia to pour him water as part of their lesson when Jimmy suddenly knocks and calls out. Mia claims she's tending an injury to keep him away, and Nick, watching her bluff convincingly, remarks that she's improving — then leaves her with an unsettling hint about the truth.

Mia discovers Sophie's message on Jimmy's phone, confirming that Nick's earlier warning about the betrayal was true. She hides her shock when Jimmy asks what she's looking at, then quietly decides to seek out Nick and ask him to teach her how to make the man who betrayed her pay.

Mia confronts Nick to renegotiate their training arrangement, demanding he teach her every trick, reveal exactly how Jimmy and Sophie plotted against her, and keep his feelings out of their deal. Nick agrees to the first two but admits he cannot promise the third.

Jimmy realizes Mia may have discovered his affair with Sophie, and decides to strike first ahead of their anniversary. He stages an affectionate dinner, toasting to their past and future, but Mia finds the wine tastes oddly off.

At their anniversary dinner, Mia notices the wine smells off and sends Jimmy to fetch apple pie, quietly swapping the glasses. After their toast, it's Jimmy who grows dizzy and disoriented, while an unseen voice urges an accomplice to act now that someone is down.

Mia wakes disoriented and is attacked by someone claiming to be sent by Jimmy. Nick bursts in just in time to pull her free, but reporters are already waiting outside, pressing her with Jimmy's claims that she's cheating with her fitness coach.

Reporters corner Mia with Jimmy's cheating accusations as cameras close in. Nick arrives, locks down the hotel floor, and orders every security tape pulled while staying by her side. Pushed to her limit, Mia drops her composure and vows to stop forgiving Jimmy and fight back instead.

Nick tells Mia that Jimmy's scandal and divorce threats are really aimed at seizing her twelve-million-dollar house, left to her by her parents. He has her play along with Jimmy tonight, then bring home a severe depression diagnosis the next day as leverage, since a suicidal wife would wreck Jimmy's case. Startled by Nick's scheming mind, Mia resolves to carry out the performance.

Following Nick's plan, Mia comes home with a severe depression diagnosis, catching Jimmy off guard beneath his show of concern. He quickly calls Sophie, worried the diagnosis will hurt his case in court, and Sophie urges him to use Mia's trust to get her signature on the property before the divorce.

Jimmy brings Mia a warm drink, playing the devoted husband, but she doesn't buy it. She learns he owes three million dollars to an underground casino with three months to pay, explaining his desperate push for the property. When Mia hints she might not be around much longer, Jimmy still fixates on managing her assets.

Sophie visits under the guise of concern, pushing Mia to sign the house over to Jimmy, but Mia already sees through the act. She then learns the truth: the hotel setup was staged by Jimmy and Sophie together, and their affair began just three months into her marriage, meaning everything was fake from the start. Mia resolves to confront Sophie face to face tomorrow.

Mia presents the signed contract and forces Sophie to admit she paid to set her up. Sophie finally confesses she wanted Mia's money, her house, and Jimmy, mocking her as pitiful. Mia stays composed and warns Sophie that she will be the one crying soon.

Mia tells Jimmy she agrees to let him manage the house, setting a notary appointment for the next morning. Privately, she confirms her people are in place and every backup plan is ready for the meeting, while quietly worrying about what happens if it fails.

At the notary, the property transfer stalls when an unresolved inheritance dispute is cited, leaving Jimmy furious and accusing Mia of orchestrating it. She stays composed while an ally praises her flawless performance, confirming step one succeeded with step two about to begin.

After the property transfer collapses, Jimmy, buried in three million in gambling debt, plans to forge Mia's signature and mortgage the house, with the casino giving him seven days before they take action. Mia stays composed, wanting Jimmy to feel the same abandonment she once endured, while resolving not to lose herself in the process.

Jimmy's forged signature on the property paperwork is caught by staff, who threaten to report it immediately. Meanwhile Mia and Nick discuss timing their next move against Jimmy, agreeing to wait until he is utterly hopeless before closing in. Mia thanks Nick, but he wants results, not gratitude.

Loan sharks give Jimmy three days to raise three million or lose his fingers one by one. Desperate, he begs Mia to save him, calling her his only hope, but she flatly refuses. When he rages that she is letting him die, she tells him he brought this on himself.

Cornered by debt, Jimmy offers to hand over Mia's twelve-million-dollar mansion and plots an ambush at the hospital parking garage in three days. Learning of the scheme, Nick offers to kill him, but Mia refuses revenge, deciding instead to turn Jimmy's own trap against him.

Nick positions plainclothes men at every location ahead of the planned ambush, while Mia agrees to walk her usual night-shift path through the garage as bait. He has her hide a high-precision tracker in her clothing so he can monitor her every move, promising to arrive with his men to protect her when the moment comes.

The planned ambush plays out, and Mia wakes after ten hours to learn Nick's men caught all three attackers with every recording secured. Jimmy slips away again before the casino's people can reach him. Nick apologizes for not reaching her in time, and Mia notices he is hurt.

Mia decides not to send Jimmy to prison, choosing instead to force him to sign the divorce and leave with nothing, watching the life he ruined fall apart. Nick praises her new decisiveness and ruthlessness as they review the documents, their exchange carrying an intimate undertone. Jimmy is warned that signing away everything is his only way to survive, or face life behind bars.

Jimmy expects Mia has come to beg forgiveness, but she hands him divorce papers that leave him with nothing. When he demands to know how she got the evidence against him, Mia warns that refusing to sign means it goes to the police by morning. Jimmy accuses her of turning cold, but Mia only offers a final, resolute goodbye, and he vows to make her pay.

With Jimmy's affairs finally settled, Mia feels free for the first time in a long while. Her one-month arrangement with Nick comes to an end, but instead of walking away, he admits he has fallen for her, breaking the very rule he set. Mia answers without hesitation: she loves him too.
