The Abstinent Boss Spoils the Rookie Actress

A checkup reveals Jiang Xiuqing may be pregnant after an encounter a month earlier, leaving her shaken. At the same time, wealthy businessman Qi Ye arrives for a surprise factory inspection, and the women rush to catch his eye.

Factory women crowd around Qi Ye hoping to catch his eye, but he stays cold even when one gets close, while others whisper about Old Master Qi's wish for an heir. Meanwhile Jiang Xiuqing, who skips lunch to save money, is caught off guard when a coworker learns she has quietly saved twenty thousand yuan for tuition.

Jiang Xiuqing learns her father took the tuition money she saved from working multiple jobs, then scolds her for wanting to study and reveals he has arranged for her to marry the elderly Old Zhang next month. She refuses and vows to earn enough to escape within a month. Meanwhile Qi Ye is pressured by his family to marry soon, since a hereditary condition means years of delay before he could otherwise have an heir.

Trying to escape her arranged marriage, Jiang Xiuqing applies for a cleaning job and is personally interviewed by Qi Ye, who hires her at an extraordinary hourly rate. That night she suddenly feels feverish and suspects she has been drugged, as an unexpected crisis begins to unfold.

After the drugged night, Jiang Xiuqing learns she is pregnant with rare triplets, and gossip spreads questioning who fathered them. Meanwhile, Old Master Qi quietly hopes his grandson Qi Ye will accept her, setting off a quiet struggle over bloodline and reputation.

Word of Jiang Xiuqing's pregnancy spreads, and Shen Hanyang publicly questions who fathered the triplets, pushing the studio to threaten her firing over the scandal. She insists on her innocence and returns money linked to Qi Ye, only to learn her father has already arranged her marriage to Old Zhang. Determined to protect her children, she resolves to leave.

Under pressure from the Qi family's seventeen generations of single heirs, Qi Ye's elders push him to settle the matter of an heir, recalling the hardships of IVF in the past. Amid the family's argument, word arrives that the woman from that night is pregnant, leaving everyone stunned.

A medical report confirms Jiang Xiuqing is carrying triplets, sending the Qi family into celebration, with some even offering to gift shops as a welcome gesture. Yet someone in the family bluntly states that a woman of her profession does not deserve to become the young madam, casting doubt over her future.

As her father tries to marry her off to Old Zhang for a bride price, Jiang Xiuqing blurts out that she is pregnant with triplets. Her father refuses to believe her and demands to know the father's identity, but she withholds Qi Ye's name and is dragged away regardless.

Desperate for the bride-price money, Jiang Xiuqing's father publicly demands to know who fathered her triplets, threatening to humiliate her on set. Pushed to her limit, she finally blurts out Qi Ye's name, then calls Qian Chan, begging him to help save her and her children.

After Jiang Xiuqing calls for help, Qi Ye senses she's in distress and vows to punish whoever hurt her. Qian Chan arrives to return the ten-million-yuan card, declaring their debt settled. Qi Ye then orders her location traced, sends a car, and brings along Old Master Qi and the family elders to find out who dared mistreat her.

Jiang Xiuqing is forced toward marriage with the elderly Old Zhang, then threatened at knifepoint by his men who want to end her pregnancy. She begs them to spare her unborn children, and just as the danger peaks, Qi Ye rushes in and stops the attackers, rescuing her and the babies.
