The Ugly Girl is Chaos Queen

Aurora recalls how the Chaos power sealed inside her made her hideous, leading to humiliation from her father Howard, contempt from her half-sister Vivian, and a public broken engagement by her fiancé Marcus. Only her mother loved her, losing an arm to save her, yet they still treated her mother like a slave. Now reborn with unrivaled beauty and power, Aurora returns to settle the score.

Aurora brings tea to her father and Vivian at the training grounds, only to be humiliated by Howard for her hideous face. Alone, she weeps over her uselessness. An ancient voice reveals the Chaos Divine Power sealed inside her, a force that devours the laws of heaven and earth, and foretells she will one day possess the most beautiful face.

Wearing a jewel gown her mother saved years to buy, Aurora gathers the courage to confess her love to her fiancé Marcus Leon. Vivian pretends to help, then burns the gown with a fireball and humiliates Aurora's appearance. Marcus breaks the engagement in disgust, Howard offers Vivian as a replacement, and Vivian steals the very words Aurora prepared for her confession.

Howard announces Aurora will marry Duke Florian, a blind and bloodthirsty noble, to secure mining rights. Her mother helps her flee, but the guards drag the mother behind a cart. She loses an arm saving Aurora and, before dying, tells her to run.

Aurora is reduced to a maid and ordered to move a boiling teapot. To save her mother, she is forced to hold a branding iron in her mouth, but the promise is a lie. Her mother dies, and Aurora erupts in furious grief.

Aurora is pulled into a tornado and meets a mysterious figure. He reveals that the Chaos power sealed inside her has warped her appearance. She learns that breaking the seal will restore her true beauty and agrees to become his disciple.

The mysterious figure tells Aurora that the seal has bent her spine and it must be broken piece by piece to regrow. She refuses to give up, vowing to return for the Holy Light tournament in two months. As the Chaos power reconstructs her body, he warns that reshaping her face could cripple her for life.

Two men plan to record the ugly freak training, only to find a stunning goddess instead. The Chaos God announces that Aurora has inherited his power, but warns her to cover her face to avoid trouble. She vows to return to her mother and declares that the time has come for her father and Vivian.

A dark creature appears and overwhelms the captain of the guard. The king orders a search for the mysterious woman who stopped it, then departs for the North's Holy Light Tournament. Howard plans to announce Vivian's engagement to Marcus Leon at the event.

Guests congratulate Vivian on her coming marriage to Marcus Leon. A veiled woman appears, and Vivian taunts her, comparing her to her hideous sister Aurora. The stranger retorts that Vivian's rotten heart is uglier than any face. Vivian finds her eerily familiar but refuses to believe it could be Aurora.
