About this episode

Series synopsis

Tefnut, the lost daughter of the sun god Ra, must choose one of the brothers Geb and Set to marry in order to keep the bloodline pure. Yet at the wedding, both of them abandon her at the same time for their foster sister Hathor, causing her to suffer bitterly until she loses her eyes and the child in her womb. Heart dead as ash, she walks alone toward the river of the underworld, only to be saved by the god of chaos. Only at that moment do the brothers who betrayed her suddenly repent.
