30 Years Frozen, Emergency Rescue

Selene Onassis's cryo-pod malfunctions, and Dr. Charlotte Reed rushes to deliver the only serum, which expires in three hours. At the airport, Isabella—Orion's fiancée—collides with Charlotte, setting a tense rescue in motion.

Isabella Hayes prevents the cabin doors from closing because her son Lucas is not on board, clashing with the crew and other passengers. Charlotte Reed pleads that she must reach a dying patient, but Isabella refuses to let the plane depart until her son arrives.

Passengers berate Isabella for delaying the flight. Charlotte throws money at her to relent, but Isabella scoffs and hurls it back. Grant learns of the delay and contacts the crew for help. Isabella's son Lucas finally boards, then insults a flight attendant who urges him to hurry.

Lucas throws a tantrum over a toy left at the gate, and Isabella fails to calm him. When Charlotte intervenes, Isabella hurls insults and flaunts her engagement to Orion Onassis. Charlotte warns that the delay endangers Selene's life, but Isabella dismisses her. Lucas then snatches Charlotte's toy.

Lucas snatches Charlotte's toy containing the serum and refuses to give it back. Isabella insults Charlotte and demands she hand it over. Lucas suddenly collapses struggling to breathe, and Isabella frantically orders the captain to land the plane for medical help.

The crew refuses an emergency landing for Lucas. Isabella rages at the passengers and threatens the flight attendant, demanding the captain appear in 90 seconds or she will lock her in the lab. She then rushes to the hatch and vows to open it and kill everyone on board.

With Lucas in critical condition, Isabella frantically searches for a doctor on the plane. She refuses to let Charlotte near her son, accusing her of being a killer, and instead offers a reward to any other passenger who can help. In despair, she falls to her knees and begs someone to save Lucas immediately.

Isabella stops insulting Charlotte and falls to her knees, begging her to save the dying Lucas. Charlotte agrees to help but warns of the risks, suspecting a genetic condition. After Lucas wakes up complaining of chest pain, Isabella immediately turns on Charlotte again.

Isabella ignores that Charlotte just saved Lucas, snatches Selene's only serum, and demands an apology. When Charlotte refuses, Isabella threatens to destroy the serum and swings the case at her, but something unexpected stops her mid-attack.
