My Alpha Stepbrother's Dirty Secret

Claire moves into her stepfather's pack house and accidentally walks in on her stepbrother Elijah in a compromising situation with a female professor. Elijah discovers her, pins her down, and recognizes her as the stepsister he considers a parasite.

Elijah finds a pair of handcuffs in Claire's pocket and threatens to expose her to her mother. Claire fires back, pointing out the lipstick stain still on his neck, and taunts him about smelling of cheap perfume and desperation, igniting his fury.

Elijah plays the good brother in front of their parents, but Claire publicly mocks him for selling himself for grades. He threatens to continue her private tutoring tonight.

Claire finds her medical chart in Elijah's room and confronts him about his defective heart. He lashes out, calling her and her mother parasites, but she pushes further and demands to know why he sneaks into her room at night.

Claire and Elijah face off in his room. He denies any attraction but threatens to show her real hell. Later, Ethan postpones a key meeting to drive Claire to school and orders Elijah to look after her.

Elijah drives Claire when something goes wrong. He shields her and warns her not to let her mother know where she was sitting. After she gets out, onlookers gossip about her riding in his car, while Elijah sits alone, unsettled by his own reaction.

Claire runs into her childhood neighbor Naomi at school. Learning that Claire lives with Elijah, Naomi begs her to deliver a love letter to him. Claire warns her he is dangerous, but Naomi insists. When Claire tries to slip the letter into his bag, Elijah catches her and demands to know what she wants.

Elijah humiliates Claire in public, threatening to expose her to the whole school if she meddles again. Overwhelmed, Claire's heart condition flares up and she collapses, realizing she forgot her medication. As onlookers sneer, Elijah ignores their warnings and rushes to her side.

Claire wakes in the hospital and steps outside for air while her mother handles the discharge. Two men corner her in the parking lot, mocking her lack of a wolf and closing in. Just as she gives up hope, Elijah appears and threatens them with death to make them back off.
