They Don't Know I'm the Don's Pregnant Queen

Eva nearly dies from peanuts in her porridge, and Christian kills the cook over it. Unable to take the violence, she decides to go to her parents' place alone, refusing his armed escort to keep his mafia identity secret. Her mother and sister Lily greet her coldly.

Lily flaunts that her husband Johnson became New York's richest man through a deal with Don Christian, and mocks Eva for marrying a broke nobody. Eva holds back, but Lily's pressing questions nearly force her to reveal that her husband is Christian himself.

Lily and their parents dismiss Eva's husband as a broke nobody and leave her outside. Missing Christian, Eva endures the slight alone. Meanwhile, Christian orders his men to gather land deeds, gold, and diamonds — if Eva is happy at her parents' home, he will send everything; if she sheds a single tear, they will be wiped out.

Their mother moves a chair for Lily to use as a footrest, while telling a pregnant Eva to stand. Lily and their mother mock Eva's marriage and order her to serve the freshly made truffle soup.

Their mother serves the truffle soup to Lily and gives pregnant Eva only oatmeal. Their father says Lily carries a billionaire's heir while Eva carries a laborer's brat, unworthy of good food. Lily boasts of having Lord Christian's favor, and Eva fires back that they have no idea who her husband is.

Their mother and Lily demand Eva's charm, calling her selfish and insisting Lily deserves it first as the one carrying a billionaire's heir. Eva fights to keep the only thing her husband has left of his mother and warns that when Christian finds out, none of them will survive.

Christian aims his gun at Lily, and Eva calms him down. He explains the ring belonged to his mother and protects their baby. Lily taunts them and threatens to smash it, so Eva warns that her husband is the Mafia Don and will kill her.

Lily's husband Johnson recalls meeting Christian at a private auction in Empire Tower and realizes he is the Mafia Don of New York. Christian warns others not to disrespect Eva, then hands Johnson a ten-billion-dollar contract, admitting he will prop up his brother-in-law even if he is a waste.

A witness recalls the hundred-million-dollar diamond on Eva's shoe and declares she must be the Don's favorite. Lily is mocked and told that claiming to be Mrs. Christian would be digging her own grave.

After Lily is struck, the aggressors dare Eva to summon her invincible mafia don husband. Eva dials the number and coldly announces that no one will be leaving.
